About
Sally is an award-winning writer who has written children’s Sunday school curricula, devotions, and articles. She raised three children and served in children’s ministry for over thirty years. Her debut picture book will be released in March 2024 with Wren & Bear Books.
Moving to Nashville, Tennessee, from Houston, Texas, provided an opportunity to write curricula for LifeWay Kids Ministry Publishing. Her other publishing credits include Focus on the Family, Clubhouse magazine, the Moms in Prayer blog, and the Nashville Christian Family magazine.
Sally and her husband of thirty-three years enjoy a relaxing rhythm in an empty nest south of Nashville. She prefers national and state parks to amusement parks, tea over coffee, and football over baseball. Her happy place is home, where she celebrates the grand and simple things of life.
